Crossax by T.O.M.A (Trading Optimized & Market Analysis) provides cryptocurrency futures arbitrage monitoring, alerting, and analytics tools. The service does NOT execute trades on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your subscription access with others
• You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

Important: Crossax provides market data and analytics tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation to trade. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, ETH)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service
• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, data delays, or inaccurate data from third-party exchanges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T.O.M.A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of Crossax and T.O.M.A are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
